Return and Refund Policy

1. Reflection period: You have 14 days after receipt of your product to request a return or refund. After this period, no claim will be accepted.

2. Cancellation within 24 hours: If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, we will issue a full refund. Orders are only processed after 24 hours to allow for corrections and cancellations.

3. Return conditions : The returned item must be new, unused and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as intimate products, sanitary products or gift cards, are not eligible for return.

4. Return procedure : Contact us with your order number at fabulartz@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return address and a return slip. You will need to return the product directly to the address indicated, or you can provide us with proof of shipment (postal receipt or other). In some cases, an inspection of the product may be necessary before reimbursement. Our returns are free of charge, eliminating any worries about return shipping costs.

5. Damaged items : If you receive a defective product and would like a refund, a photo of the product is required. If this is not provided, the item must be returned for inspection.

6.Free Returns: We offer free returns on all products. You don't have to worry about return shipping costs.

7.Refunds: Upon receipt and validation of your return, a confirmation email will be sent to you. If the refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method. Bank delays may apply.

8.Balance items: Only the amount paid during the promotion will be refunded.

9.Exchanges: For defective products, we offer an exchange for the same item. Contact us at fabulartz@gmail.com.

10. Gift items: If you return an item received as a gift, a voucher for the value of the product will be sent to you. If the gift was not marked as such at the time of purchase, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
